Assistant Service Manager

Northside Toyota is seeking an individual to join our Service Department as an Assistant Service Manager.

*Past Service experience is a requirement

In order to be the proper fit for this position the right candidate will have to possess good analytical skills, as well as good people skills.

  • Preparing Repair Orders by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as any repairs or services required
  • Explaining all repairs and services necessary to customers
  • Diagnosing customers concerns and ensuring necessary repairs have been made
  • Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer's approval of estimates, answering questions and concerns
  • Providing support to the Service Manager

The ideal candidate will tactfully handle any customer inconveniences, misunderstandings or complaints. Our goal is to ensure that these issues are handled fairly and promptly with genuine concern.
