Northside Toyota is looking to hire a full time Detail Manager. The Detail Manager is responsible for supervising, overseeing and coordinating the activities of the employees ensuring optimal appearance on each vehicle.

The desired candidate must have the following strengths

• Understanding and meeting deadlines
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Have the skill set to provide direction and meet goals
• Ability to manage a budget, schedule and performance evaluations

• Ensure every detail meets the dealership standards 100% of the time
• Understanding details operations as a whole is a major asset

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage overall shop operations and personnel
• Manage vehicle flow, schedules, deliveries and customer expectations
• Work directly with service and sales managers as well as used car manager

• Keep work area neat and clean
• Report any safety issues immediately to management; must follow all company safety policies, operations, and practices

Qualification Requirements include:

• A valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Previous auto detailing experience is a major asset
• Predictable and reliable attendance required
• Previous management experience preferred
