We are inviting you to join our Business Development Team at Northside Toyota!

We have positions available within our Sales BDC and would love to have the right candidates join us to continue to enhance our outstanding customer service!

Duties:

• Working closely with the sales department to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Making sales appointments, including specific campaigns and sales
• Developing and executing internet and phone campaigns
• Following up on all internet inquiries
• Contacting clients via e-mail and telephone to schedule a sales appointment
• Providing reports to management
• Making customer follow up calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Along with those listed above, any other duties assigned by management to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
