Digital Marketing Coordinator

Northside Auto Group is seeking a competent Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.  The position will support and optimize day-to-day management of marketing initiatives & programs for our three dealerships. Reporting to the marketing manager, the digital marketing coordinator, will be responsible for a variety of duties including developing various digital marketing materials, collating content, updating online assets, managing social media channels, streamlining digital marketing production and handling general marketing activities. A passion for digital marketing, social media advertising and creative design is important. 

Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing the image & brand awareness of our organization's, improving overall digital communication and encouraging business growth through effective strategies and campaigns.

General Responsibilities:
Supporting marketing & advertising initiatives
Handling product & service launches and campaigns
Designing & editing marketing material
Researching industry & social media trends
Identifying and engaging with vendors and liaising with agencies
Coordinating internal events ie: customer appreciation, product launches, test drive events
Develop, source, manage and execute social media and digital advertising content (including video production and editing)
Coordinate dealership POP, community sponsorships and off-site events as required
Maintain & develop content/copy for dealership websites across all stores. Optimize SEO - Dig into analytics for the website, consumer portal, and ad campaigns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Education, Skills & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent
Minimum 1 Year of direct digital marketing experience
Experience developing social media campaigns (preferably in a business setting)

Proficient in web development, web applications, graphic design, multimedia creation

  • WordPress, Content Management Systems, SEO
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Canva
  • Google Adwords - SEM, and web analytics
