Responsibilities

• Manage valet team, set expectations, goals and targets, perform performance reviews, provide training and feedback and oversee daily operations
• Sales role - Selling tire packages, detail packages, polishing, scratch or dent removal, window wipers, accessories and more services
• Quality Control on all customer vehicles
• Welcome and greet customers upon arrival to the dealership - First touch point
• Answer questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner

• Walk around and inspect each vehicle before taking possession
• Mark tickets of any findings of scratches, dents or damages
• Review the maintenance menu
• Escort customer to the service area as well as back to their vehicle upon completion
• Direct staff to wash and vacuum vehicles
• Ensure all vehicle keys are clearly identified and stored in the designated location
• Follow all safety measures
• Obey all traffic policies and safe driving practices
• Report any known accidents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Past customer service and sales experience is an asset
• Must have a valid driver's licence with clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands, pace, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Be able to work in a team environment and support one common goal
• Willing to work flexible shifts/hours
• Willingness to learn in a fast pace environment

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
