Duties:

• Promptly meet and greet customers requesting parts or accessories
• Providing accurate quotes for all part and accessories
• Selling parts and accessories suitable for the customer’s needs
• Preparing and maintaining invoices for retail and wholesale parts and accessories
• Receiving parts shipments and verifying shipments against the order
• Stock parts and update the inventory in the computer system
• Pick parts for technician part orders and additional needed repairs
• Pick and pack parts for wholesale orders
• Provide requested parts information to technicians and service advisors
