We are looking for a Valet Attendant who:

Valet Attendant Duties:

• Welcome and greet customers and answer questions in a prompt manner
• Implement excellent customer service skills
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, mark tickets of any findings of damage
• Review the maintenance menu
• Wash and vacuum vehicles
• Escort customers to their Service Advisor as well as back to their vehicle upon completion
• Ensure all vehicle keys are clearly identified and stored in a locked location
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Obey to all traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Report any known accidents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

• 1 year of similar experience is ideal
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and
  standing for extended periods of time
• Self-motivated, independent, and a team player with a sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Willing and able to work flexible shifts
• Excellent communication (verbal and written English) skills
• Moderate computer skills
