Five stars plus! Just picked up our 2024 RAV 4 Hybrid from the team at Northside Toyota. When the dealers in Ottawa told us we would be waiting 18 months for a vehicle I reached out to John Turco at Northside. John was friendly and professional, answering all our questions, responding quickly to our inquiries, and keeping us informed on when the car would arrive. As promised, Northside delivered within two months. And the service did not stop with John – Dale in the office did a great job explaining the contract, warranty, and benefits of Toyota ownership. On car pick up day the first-class treatment continued – they do all the little things that make you feel special, from the warm welcome at the door to the handover of the keys. Thanks to Stephanie for explaining all the car features and walking me through the Toyota App – that came in very handy on the drive home. As an extra bonus I got to visit the Sault and the eight-hour drive back in our new car was fantastic – and on one tank of gas!. I can’t say enough with how impressed I was with the friendly, high quality, and professional service at Northside.
